Multi Grammy Award winner Ed Sheeran was in Sevenoaks on Sunday afternoon as he watched Sevenoaks Hockey Club Ladies win 1-0 over Harleston Magpies at Holly Bush Lane.
The 28-year-old pop superstar was there to cheer on his wife Cherry, who had transferred from Wimbledon Hockey Club to Harleston Magpies earlier in the season. He had recently said, after a gruelling two years on tour promoting his album Divide, that he was taking an 18-month hiatus from the limelight to spend time with his family.
After the game, the singer, took selfies with players, junior players, ball girls and ball boys, plus fans who had been lucky enough to be at the match.
