Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by English law and you and Sevenoaks Sports Publishing Ltd. hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.


No data or statement herein is or should be construed to be a recommendation for the purchase, retention, or sale of the services/products referred to herein and Sevenoaks Sports Publishing Ltd. accept no liability for the consequences of your reliance on this data. Payment of invoices

Payment terms are detailed on all invoices. If you do not pay the sum in full by the due date then Sevenoaks Sports Publishing Ltd. has the right to charge interest on all sums outstanding. This is called statutory interest, which is 8% plus the Bank of England base rate for business to business transactions. If a payment has not been made within 30 days of the date of invoice, Sevenoaks Sports Publishing Ltd. shall transfer it to a third party for recovery. You will be liable for all charges thereafter.
