Sevenoaks Town Football Club has got its first ever ladies’ team and are looking for a few more enthusiastic new players from 18 upwards, hopefully with some experience in playing football.
The team has been playing together for six seasons and this led to some of them taking their FA coaching badges so they can help coach the younger players at the club.
They have excellent training facilities (a new 3G pitch) and are very fortunate to have enthusiastic, well trained coaches, that currently include Tara Proctor, ex-England Ladies’ Football captain.
She works with the Ladies’ team improving both their fitness and ball skills and the benefits have shown this season.
The team has won their first three games of this season so far and are sitting top of the League. The League is called South East Counties Women League, Kent Division 2 West.
