The Sevenoaks District Sports Council annual presentation evening will take place at Sevenoaks Indoor Bowling Club on Friday 1st September.
The council provides grants for our up and coming sports talent across the area and chairman Edward Oatley MBE will celebrate and congratulate all of the grant recipients for 2016/2017.
Among those to receive grants in the past year were Hugo Coquelin for Tennis, Sharon Cox for her Edenbridge Piranhas Swimming Club, Paddy and Kieran Walton for Hockey and Connor O’Shaughnessy for Baseball.
Others included Ben and Dan Tulett for Mountain Biking, Roy Twiner for his work as chair with Fox Archers, Jack and Patrick Keech for Rowing and Sailing respectively, Max Denniff for Hockey, David Tyler for Swimming and Josie Longhurst for her work in Football and Cricket.
