We offer Young Ladies Joggers YLJ during summer months

SLJ – Sevenoaks Ladies Joggers, started as a purely jogging club over 14 years ago. The club was started in memory of my brother who was killed in an accident. Now, many years on SLJ is an award winning all round Fitness club for women who want to exercise in a way that is designed just for them. Our coaches are all female and they understand how scary it can be turning up to a new class. Our groups are small so you get personal attention. We have a small annual membership fee and a choice of pop in classes and courses. Whether you are looking for running, walking or fitness you can be sure of a welcome from myself and the SLJ team.

If you’re a woman looking for a friendly, informal and supportive group in the Sevenoaks area to jog with, try running with us.
My aim is to make running fun and achievable for all, and whether you’re a compete beginner or an experienced intermediate runner looking for some company to run with, you’re very welcome to join us.  The group is friendly, encouraging and supportive, and we chat and laugh our way round our runs – it’s amazing what you can achieve in good company! We’re a sociable bunch, so we often stop for a coffee after a run, and have occasional evening get-togethers too, though if you just want to run and go, that’s ok too.
There’s no joining fee, and no need to book runs in advance – just come along when it suits you and pay £3.50 for your run.  We are non-competitive recreational runners (or joggers if you prefer!), and you need never worry about being left behind or made to run at a pace you can’t manage.  All our groups are small, so that you don’t get lost in the crowd, and so you can get personal coaching advice as we run.

A 10 week beginners’ running course in Sevenoaks for women who struggle with their mental wellbeing
We know it can be daunting to join a new group of people you’ve never met before, but just come over and Shona and Harry will come over and say hello and welcome you to the group.  Or give us a call and we’ll come to meet you.

We run in beautiful Knole Park, which is only a short walk from Hollybush.  Knole provides us with a fantastic environment to learn to run in.  It is quiet and peaceful with few people about.  It provides plenty of different surfaces to run on, from tarmac roads to level tracks through the woods to soft grassland, and most of all it is fantastically beautiful, changing constantly with the seasons
