Clark to continue with Sevenoaks

The hugely popular Ta’Yani Clark is set to continue her career with Sevenoaks Suns after agreeing an extension which will see her return for a third straight WBBL season.

An experience campaigner in the league and offering plenty of versatility and veteran know-how, Clark was an integral component in a historical season for the club in 2018-19 when they scooped their first WBBL Championship title.

Clark averaged an impressive haul of almost 9 points, 9 rebounds and more than 3 assists per game in what was another influential season.

Suns’ Head Coach, Len Busch stated: “I was really happy when ‘T’ told me that she wanted to come back to us for another season and I am sure the rest of the team will have felt very much the same about it.

“She is a proven winner and someone who helps all of us at Sevenoaks to be better every single day.”

Clark has previously suited up with Team Northumbria and Brixton Topcats since in the inception of the WBBL and will link back up with her team-mates Cat Carr, Julia Koppl and Renee Busch – as well as the incoming Jessica Good, Janice Monakana and Vanessa Da Silva.
